The Gent by Honeywell COMPACT ASD air sampling smoke detection system has been developed as a cost effective solution for monitoring small to medium-sized spaces and equipment. The COMPACT2 ASD incorporates room identification (ROOM·IDENT) functionality that enables it to monitor up to 5 rooms or facilities and to identify the source of the potential fire.
A COMPACT ASD system can be used to replace up to 8 point type smoke detectors with a pipe length of up to 50m to meet the EN54 part 20 requirements for Class A, B or C detection.
